PROTECTING HEALTH INFORMATION
All of our courier partners operate in strict adherence with HIPAA guidelines and we collect proof of delivery signatures with every delivery as part of our routine process. Our drivers are also familiar with the process of collecting hard scripts for controlled medications and recording the name of the receiver at the time of delivery.
As part of our service standard, we deliver medications within four hours of order placement; however, we routinely exceed our service level agreement to deliver prescriptions within two hours on orders within 35 miles.
